Shenelle is a former educator turned organizational strategist and transformational coach with over a decade of experience helping companies and institutions embed fairness into their people practices.

Her corporate leadership experience illuminated a truth she could no longer ignore. She saw workplaces applying quick fixes instead of addressing one of the biggest root causes of workplace dysfunction. People were expected to lead, collaborate, and build inclusive cultures without ever being supported in self-awareness or emotional understanding. Shenelle recognized that unexamined patterns shape how we show up in every space and that sustainable change begins within. 

This realization, paired with her own journey of healing, reclaiming agency, and defining success on her own terms, fueled her desire to create B.L.A.Z.E. Careers. She wants to help others access the clarity, purpose, and alignment that transformed her life and support organizations in cultivating cultures where humanity and high performance can coexist.

Throughout her career, she has walked alongside global companies and countless professionals, offering a strategic, heart-led, and healing-centered approach to growth and transformation.

Rooted in her industry expertise, lived experience, and Bronx upbringing, Shenelle is known for disrupting with purpose and leading with intention. She navigates systemic challenges, advocates for lasting change, and creates spaces where people feel seen, grounded, and empowered.
